LONDON — Lights, camera, Swifties smile.
Taylor Swift unveiled a brand-new music video in London replete with behind-the-scenes footage of her massive Eras Tour. As confetti fell to the floor and house lights turned on in Wembley Stadium, the 3-minute video played on the big screens. The fans that didn't leave early paused to watch. Many were speechless because it shows the "cleaning cart" Swift enters the tour in and how she is able to dive into the stage.
"I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" — or what fans abbreviate as ICDIWABH — is the second single and second music video from Swift's 11th era album, "The Tortured Poets Department." Moments before the surprise announcement, the singer and her dancers engaged in a big group hug before disappearing from sight.
The new video, released at 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday, documents a ton of behind-the-scenes footage. It starts with a time lapse of fans entering the stadium and a big huddle of Swift's team before they're about to go on. They flutter their fingers before pumping their hands up and down.
Cut to an under-the-stage camera shot of Swift in a tangerine jumpsuit. Above her are the orange-to-pink parachute flaps at the start of the show. A production hand pushes a button and the video shows fans jumping up-and-down screaming. Swift rides on a mechanical pull that transports her from the diamond part of the stage to the back area for her to change into her second era, "Fearless." Two guards cue her to enter.

While the stage production is a sight to see, there are months and months of rehearsals. Swift peels back the curtain showing her band and dancers practicing several numbers; paramount are their run-throughs of ICDIWABH. From casual athleisure wear to the gown designed by Vivienne Westwood, fans see all the stages leading up to the toe-tapping Eras Tour production. There's a shot of dancer Kameron Saunders practicing his line, "one... two... three... four." And Swift gives the entire audience an invisible "22 hat."
ICDIWABH is the second music to be released from "Tortured Poets," following "Fortnight" featuring Post Malone.
The clues to the music video
Swifties should have known a surprise was coming after Taylor Nation, Swift's in-house marketing team, tweeted out "Behind the curtain of Female Rage: The Musical when, @taylorswift13?" Swift nicknamed her 11th album "Female Rage: The Musical" in Paris, France.
The account also said, "We’ve been holding our breath the entire show, and it’s not even over yet…" 20 minutes before the show's end.

Final European show had two surprise guests
Fans who attended Tuesday night's show may not have a voice tomorrow as Swift pulled off several surprises. The singer brought out Florence Welch to perform a brand-new routine to "Florida!!!" and invited her friend Jack Antonoff to play a guitar mashup of "Death By a Thousand Cuts" and "Getaway Car."
The singer has a two-month break before returning to North America on Oct. 18.
